Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

1. RETURNS & CONDITION

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

Condition of Items: We accept returns for items in New or Slightly Used condition.

  • New: Items in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Slightly Used: We accept items that have been opened or tried on, provided they are not abused, damaged by the user, or missing parts.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To return an item, please email customer service at admin@snowboardhut.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return in your email.

After receiving an RMA number, you may return the item using one of the two methods below.

3. RETURN METHODS

Option A: Return by Mail Place the item securely in its original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided with your order (or emailed to you). Mail your return to the following address:

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. You do not need to pay for return shipping.

Option B: Return In-Store You may return your item in person at our administrative office listed above. Please bring your proof of purchase and the item you wish to return.

4. REFUNDS & TIMELINE

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

  • Processing Time: Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.  Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund Method: Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

  • If the return does not meet our policy terms, we’ll notify you by email with an explanation.

5. EXCEPTIONS (Defective or Damaged)

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange immediately.

  • Resolution: We will provide a free replacement or a full refund for any defective items, including shipping costs.

6. WARRANTY CLAIMS

Beyond our 30-day return window, many products sold by Snowboard Hut are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Coverage: Warranty periods vary by brand and typically cover manufacturing defects.

  • Assistance: If you have a warranty issue, contact us. We will assist you in filing the claim with the manufacturer or handle the process on your behalf.Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

    • replacement,

    • refund, or

    • Store credit — depending on stock availability and claim validity.
