At Snowboard Hut, we are committed to ensuring that your gear is delivered safely and on time. This policy outlines our processing times, delivery options, and fees.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

  • Handling Time: Please allow 0 to 2 business days for us to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier.

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) will typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.

Option A: Standard Shipping

  • Cost: Flat Rate $9.95 (Free for orders over $50.00).

  • Transit Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Once shipped).

  • Total Delivery Time: 1 – 4 Business Days (From order placement).

Option B: Expedited Shipping (FedEx / UPS) For customers who need their gear faster, we offer an expedited service via FedEx or UPS.

  • Cost: Flat Rate $40.00.

  • Transit Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Once shipped).

  • Total Delivery Time: 1 – 5 Business Days (From order placement).

Note: Total delivery time = Handling Time (0-2 days) + Transit Time.

3. Tracking & Insurance

  • Real-Time Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Insurance: All parcels are insured against loss or damage up to their declared value.

4. Transparency Commitment

We value honesty. Snowboard Hut provides accurate shipping times and costs to ensure you understand your purchase before checkout.

  • No Hidden Fees: The shipping cost displayed at checkout is final.

  • Stock Accuracy: We never misrepresent product availability.

5. Address Changes

Please ensure your delivery details are correct.

  • Before Shipment: Contact us at admin@snowboardhut.com immediately if you need to change your address.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • Lost: If your tracking states “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can file a claim.
